Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

At the time of booking, you can choose between:

Non-refundable rate: full prepayment required.
Flexible rate: free cancellation up to 15 days before the scheduled arrival date.

Pets are welcome.
A €30.00 cleaning fee applies.


Check-in and check-out
Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Check-out: by 10:00 AM
The arrival time must be arranged in advance.


Cancellation policy
With the flexible rate, free cancellation is available up to 15 days before the scheduled arrival date.
After this deadline, the reservation is non-refundable.

Tourist tax
The tourist tax is €3.00 per person per night (full rate) and applies all year round, with the amount varying according to the season and the length of stay.

From July 15 to August 31

€3.00 per person per night for the first 10 consecutive nights
€1.50 per person per night from the 11th to the 20th consecutive night
No tax applies from the 21st night onwards

?? Mid season
From April 15 to July 14 – from September 1 to October 15 – from December 1 to January 6

€2.25 per person per night for the first 10 consecutive nights
€1.50 per person per night from the 11th to the 20th consecutive night
No tax applies from the 21st night onwards

?? Low season
From January 7 to April 14 – from October 16 to November 30

€0.75 per person per night for the entire stay
